如果商家不解決您的問(wèn)題，可以冷靜地告訴商家，你將向更高一級(jí)的機(jī)構(gòu)投訴(如相關(guān)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)，公平貿(mào)易機(jī)構(gòu)Fair Trading)。

向這些機(jī)構(gòu)投訴后，要等候數(shù)天，以確定是否有響應(yīng)(一般來(lái)說(shuō)，個(gè)人購(gòu)物糾給90%以上的可以在上述機(jī)構(gòu)得到解決)。
